Stretching with a fitness instructor
Stretching has many health benefits. Regular stretching exercises help increase the range of motion in your joints and improve the flexibility of your muscles and tendons. This is especially useful for people who spend a lot of time sitting at the computer or lead a sedentary lifestyle. Regular stretching of the back, neck and shoulders helps strengthen muscles, improve posture and prevent spinal problems.
Trainings are held from the age of 14.

- 10 lessons – 28 000 tenge
Stretching personal training:
- 1 lesson (1 hour) – 7 000 tenge;
- 10 lessons – 45 000 tenge
