Laubayev Assylkhan  was born on March 15, 1986 in the city of Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan region.

In 2011 he graduated from Taraz State University named after. M.Kh. Dulati majoring in «Operation of vehicles and cargo transportation and transportation».

In 2021 graduated from the Taraz State University named after. M.Kh. Dulati, non-profit joint-stock company, majoring in «Life Safety in the technosphere».
