On August 15 of this year in Nur-Sultan, at the martial arts palace named after Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov, an open volleyball tournament will be held among teams of the city’s security forces, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the memory of the hero Rajan Batyrkhanov. The tournament was organized by the leadership of the Border Service together with the union of veterans of Afghanistan and local wars of the Republic of Kazakhstan and participants in the wars on the Tajik-Afghan border.

A total of six teams will take part in the tournament. The awards ceremony for the participants and winners of the tournament will take place at the Sports Palace on August 16.
