On February 19, 2026, representatives of the Astana city branch of the National Coalition “For the People’s Constitution of a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan!” held a meeting with members of the sports community and the staff of the RSE “Olympic training center by types of wrestling” at The Martial Arts Palace named after Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov. More than 120 people took part in the event.

During the meeting, the speakers provided a detailed explanation of the key principles of the draft new Constitution, emphasizing its practical importance for state development, strengthening public institutions, and protecting citizens’ rights.

The speakers included Yerlan Kanalimov, Head of the Astana City Branch of the National Coalition “For the People’s Constitution of a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan!”; Mukhammed Bolysbek, Executive Secretary of the Astana City Branch of the AMANAT Party; and deputies of the Astana City Maslikhat, David Loriya and Gabit Tazhimuratov.

The meeting concluded with an open dialogue, during which participants were able to ask questions and share their proposals and opinions.
